How long does it take to get an order?

Your order will be delivered in 3 – 5 working days. Please note that during collection launches, delivery delays can be slightly longer than usual. During collection launches, please allow 10 to 15 days following the confirmation of your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Can an item be returned or exchanged?

Of course! For Musure, the satisfaction of our customers is our first priority. Therefore, since you receive your items, you have 30 days to return or exchange any item for free.

Returns and exchanges from France and Spain are on us. You will only have to send us an email to [email protected] confirming the order number and the reason of the return. If you prefer, you can also send us a WhatsApp or call us at +44 77 36 97 21 35. In 24-48 hours, we will send you a shipping label that you will need to attach to the package. The delivery service will pick up the package at your address the next working day. If you live somewhere else, you can send your items back with the delivery service of your choice to our office.

We do not accept returns of made to measure pieces where you requested us to customize the measurements of the garment.

How can I know which size I am and how can I order a customized garment?

Please find below our size guide. Also, on each product there is a section called “sizing” including the specifications of the mode’s size and measurements.

You will be able to choose a standard size or order a tailored piece. In this case, you will only have to select the size corresponding to your desired width and then specify how long would you like your piece to be in the “order notes” section at the checkout. We will make sure that you receive your item in the size and length you ordered.
